"It is more blessed to give than to receive", however I honestly don't think that giving our home or even part of our land  can be referred to an act of nobility especially if we were to give it to a group of invaders who take pride in being covetous.

Our forefathers gave their lives to fight for our rights and to free our land from its foreign invaders and occupants who raped our women and tortured us to death. Now, our land is being attacked once more by a superforce that will do anything just to take that piece but important part of our land.

Quite frankly, we are powerless. We don't have the weapons. We're incapacitated to fight that resistant force. The only power we have is the power of our allies whom we should not wait to help us. We shouldn't be sitting and playing as the Damsel in Distress waiting for our Knight in Shining Armour, because if we wait and wait, that's all we gonna do. What if during our wait, the force is attacking our land already?

We always have to separate Fantasy from Reality. Theoretically, we can win this war but realistically, it's impossible to fight alone. We need allies. But needing allies doesn't mean that we, the people, can't do anything. We can do something and that is to remain strong and resilient; that no matter what happen, we will not give up, we will not give in. Our land is ours and so we must protect it. What is the singing of our National Anthem for if in the end, we will give our lives to protect our country? to protect our land?

We've survived many battles. We've tested by the tempest. We've been battered by the strongest typhoons and calamities. Will this war against a superforce make us crumble to our knees and give up? No! We, Filipinos are resilient. We might tumbledown but we will bounce back, stronger than ever. We have nothing but our will to survive and our Faith. And that is all we need to prove that we will survive and that we will fight until the end.
