Structuralism: Jaoquin will have Amnesia and all of his memories with Chichay will be erased, however his other memories won't. Only his memories with Chichay will be erased because before his operation, he only thought of Chichay and Chichay, and his heartbroke with Chichay.
Post Structuralism: Joaquin is very mad at Chichay so he ignores her and pretends that he had medically forgotten her. However this thought won't be showed to Audience; on TV, until his feelings for Chichay will grow back; until it pains him to ignore Chichay and; until Chichay can't hold her pain anymore and she'll have Dominic Zaragosa as a replacement for Joaquin.
